巧男的“无米之炊”——酸菜鱼汤

嘿嘿，周末改善生活。老妈说上牛肉洋葱包子，羊腿肉炖萝卜，两样儿子都爱吃；老爸不能落人后，就上鱼吧。抓出一条五月份钓的walleye，两斤重，又抓出一条秋天钓的stripped bass，三斤不到，做辣椒鱼？有刺儿子吃不多，不如撇出来点fillet，留下头尾做个汤算了。可鱼不太新鲜了，鱼汤需要酸菜，家里没有，怎么办？

正为难呢，翻冰箱找咸菜蒜头。。。突然看见儿子做三明治的酸黄瓜片！捞出几片，水冲冲，加到鱼汤里。。。

领导回家尝一口：不错！
