想自己卖房，有疑问，知道的上来说说。
房在纽约，自己卖，不想放在matket 上，打算去告诉几个本区的 popular  agents，自己没有agent,但买方要有agent,给买家agent 1到2 percent, 把此房的好坏如是告诉人家，相信来看的是买房意愿强的买家，卖就卖了，卖不了，就住着。1.
不知这样做是否符合纽约州法律?
2.不知这样做，从agent处能否说的过去?毕竟若卖不出去，以后还要求agent,何况好的agent, 也就哪几个。
