如何选卖房中介？中国人， 白人， 印度人

我住的town是A++，1999年买的， 3800 sq ft, 0.42英亩。Zillow 估价1.2 -1.3 million，高中在本州排名第二。 刚搬来时有75%白人， 20%中国人和5%印度人，但最近几年在我家附近新搬进来的都是印度人。 现在准备卖房， 找什么listing agent更容易卖房？ 大家有没有这方面的经验。 自己第一次卖房， 是个小白， 希望听听大家的意见。
