酥油是最好的油,不仅仅是我个人实践得来的, 我为了找出理想油,试过olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, lard, almond oil等等, 现在家里到处放着很多就用一点的上好的油, 哈哈.

这也是印度传统医学ayurveda持有的观点, 印度医学认为这油能够软化内脏器官, 增强智力和视力,  给人以平和的情绪, 促进消化,把食物里面的营养传递给人体, 促进长寿, 等等.
