如果遇到这种情况如何保命？

据报道，韩国首尔万圣节造成踩踏，具体说就是有条坡度较大的街道很多人往下冲，坡下的人被推倒遭踩踏，目前已经有146人死亡，超过200人受伤。

我记得许多年前北京北海公园灯节发生过一次类似事件，也有伤亡，但没有首尔那么可怕。
