紧急请教: 酱牛肉或卤牛肉英文怎么说? 昨晚偷偷来这儿学艺,

做了牛肉, 算是酱牛肉和卤牛肉的结合吧, 反正怎么叫都行. 是为今天公司里的午餐potluck, 菜我已带来了, 我该怎么用英文说我的菜名呢? 谢谢.
