Jiaozi在美國叫Chinese dumpling我覺得還蠻合理的

dumpling是這類食物的通稱,很多國家都有,比如Khinkali,Pierogi,Kreplach,Manti,Maultasche.............都是Dumpling.
叫Chinese dumpling一目瞭然,老美很容易想像出來是什麼東西.
