老板催我交辞职信

我是一年前跳到目前的小公司的，30多号人，时间就一个老板也就是owner。工资涨了不少。

我是今年6月份开始发现公司其实是9小时工 作制。我以前基本是每天自愿加班，努力把工作做好，工作都不止9小时，而且看到别的员工也都这样，还以为大家都非常motivated呢。但6月份后由于 lp工作变动，我必须按时走去接孩子（其实我晚上还会干）。但老板很不高兴，让我想别的办法，说公司的culture就是work hard。我开始不在意，但他说了我几次后，我就私下里问了别的员工，他们说老板就是要求大家每天必须工作至少9个小时。他们其实也很不乐意。

我看到我的pay check上明明写着每周40个小时啊，就拿着pay check和老板理论了一次。我不在意加班，也能理解。但不愿意被强迫。

今 年9月份后他就开始说我performance不好。我说我都完成了任务啊。他说他expect more，而且他相信我能deliver more。上星期五让我两周内交辞职信，而且态度很好。我觉得很奇怪，心想开我就好了，为啥要我主动辞职。直觉是他在害怕什么。另外我签过no- compete，主动辞职的话找下家难度大大增加。
