努力吃苦，又挖一盆～

野菜！好几年没吃了，最近视频总刷到，昨天天气好终于行动，有很大收获～

昨天洗净的，洗了四遍，焯水。

今天又挖了，有了经验，没洗前也很干净～

昨天的焯水包了饺子，馅儿里加肉炒鸡蛋一把韭菜

趁热吃真香，野菜吃油，肉适当多些，好吃～
