我们一般认为的O型血其实分为两种,一种是没有A,或者B抗原基因,这种类型称为真o型。但是还有另外一种,就是有A,或者B抗原的基因,但是缺少表达这种基因的上位基因,因此使得这两个基因没有表达,我们称为假O型.
