关于卖房子，再问一句

我们买房子的时候用的是一个华人realtor，谈不上好，也谈不上不好，这里很多中国人找他买房。文化和审美观点原因吧，我觉得中国人会比较喜欢我现在的房型。那如果找他做listing agent会有什么好处和坏处吗？我能想到的好处是他的中国客户多，但是网上以前的帖子讨论过不能用listing agent买房，那好处又变成缺点了。真不知道怎么办好。
有建议说找卖房子多的agent，这种信息哪里找呀。我好像两眼一抹黑，什么信息都找不到。请大家指点迷津。谢谢。
