Here is my try:

Good rain knows the season,
So comes it as spring arrives.
Carried by wind into the night,
Saturating creations in serenity.
Night clouds shade the wild paths
Contrasted by lights from river boats
At dawn where it was red and damp,
Flowers flood the city of Jin Guan.
