Again, we have to put it into context. Here's what the Scripture says about this topic. I don't mean to offend you but just a reminder so that you be aware of what your translation may be interpreted by your audience.

Mark 10:41-44:

You know that in this world kings are tyrants, and officials lord it over the people beneath them. But among you it should be quite different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant, and whoever want to be first must be the slave of all.
