请教甜酒：豌豆火腿浓汤

1)豌豆是干的，还是冰冻的？
2)以前煮的浓汤里，都要放点CREAM和面粉才能做成浓汤，你的这个没看到CREAM和
面粉，靠什么成了浓汤呢？
