问一个关于卖房子的问题

我已经把房子让agent挂牌卖。假如我自己找到了买主（不是agent带来的客户）。这买方也有agent，不过他是通过我朋友的推荐来看我的房子，而不是由他的agent带来的。在这种情况下，我们可不可以自己买卖(without agent)。因为这样的话，我愿意将手续费一人一半对分。我省了钱，对对方来讲是一个不错的deal。但我不知道可不可以这样做，
