Fire and Ice

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favour fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice

 

你说世界将毁于火，
他说将灭于冰。
以我对欲望的体验，
烈焰会是末日。.

但是, 如果烈焰的尽头,

寒冰再一次毁灭世界,

并且足够彻底,

我相信,
