你们身材太好会不会分心

俺健身的初衷是为了防止骨质疏松，而且expectations 几乎没有，没想到每天瞎练竟练出了身材，让俺看得自恋到分心了，得想个办法回归正轨才是，这是怎么回事，你们会不会
