我支持简化tax。不过这位老兄的tax idea肯定通不过。

如果通过他的999计划，

1）政府收上来的钱够花吗？

2）穷人的负担是否加重很多？目前大约一半的人是不付income tax的，其中很大一部分还从政府那里拿钱。

3）对于富人，如果不开公司，消费相对于收入很少，那么实际只需付9%的税。而穷人每月收支平衡的话，实际税率就是18%。这个好像不太公平了吧。
