我的argument是，穷人是吃光用光所有收入的。所以所有的钱用来消费的时候，就要交9%的销售税了。而富人一般挣钱多，花不了那么多钱，所以销售税占收入的比例就低于9%。向buffet那样的，相对于他的收入来说，销售税基本是零。
如果不算公司税，这样来看，穷人的税率接近18%，富人税率接近9%。
我知道9%的销售税是新的，给联邦的。
