我很有疑问。如果国内要收税的话，那么富人去旅游就会选择国外。

富人订机票就会考虑外国航空公司。现在网络时代，挖资本主义墙角者会在国外设立shop，专做逃税生意。比如内华达在加州边界上开满赌场和妓院。最后其实就是想穷人收食品税，衣服税，大头的旅游，贵重物品（汽车房子除外）都收不到。
