9%的销售税是另交给联邦，现在没有。现在这个系统，52%都不交联邦税.

9%的销售税就是人人都会交的，包括所有的穷的，富的低收入和外国人。这部分人现在是不交税的。我觉得这个主意很高，因为谁也逃不掉，政府执行起来没有成本的，直接增加收入减少赤字

就是不能让这种状况继续下去。鼓励穷人工作为生。
