我爱吃pecan

胡桃派已经不能满足，必须一把一把抓在手上，再大嚼特嚼

 

 

 

 

做法很简单

 

costco一包，2磅。放盆里滚水过一下，晾上。

5ML五香粉+5ML盐（这是对2磅的胡桃），拌匀，再均匀拌进胡桃里，平铺到烤盘。

烤箱预热华氏280，20分钟，拿出来搅几下让受烤点均匀，再来20分钟。

尝尝，有香味（只是香不是脆，凉了自然会脆）就关火，让它们在烤箱里多呆一会儿，不够香就再烤10分钟。
