香辣牛肉酱（拌饭拌饭下酒火锅蘸料都行）

牛肉末用酒呛拌一下，红辣椒蒜姜豆豉打碎，宽油炒牛肉末，越干越香，

辅料下锅翻炒，加郫县豆瓣酱，黄豆酱，生抽，甜面酱，葱末，五香粉，花椒粉...

小火慢熬，出轨前加白芝麻....

吃的时候拌一点意大利醋....

酸爽香辣....
