素包子

为包子节这周第二次包，吃素的。本想做鸡蛋香姑木耳，结果香姑没存货了，改成鸡蛋木耳虾皮木炭熏素鸡，又添了一把韮菜。虾皮有盐味，只加了蠔油，最后包时一点香油。

四百克面粉做十四个包子，一锅正好。用西人的酵母，水的用量大二百六十克。一定二次发酵长点不回缩。
