现在的国人口味怎么这么重

最近尝了一包超市卖的螺蛳粉，不觉得难吃，但口味太重。一次吃进去的盐量是每天摄入量的270%，还有各种腌渍油炸配料，不健康。外加一大堆包装，不环保。想到现在大家爱吃的麻辣火锅，麻辣小龙虾，辣条......口味这么重，会不会戾气也重？
