两个lot ,一个model house, 选哪个?

看图，两个一样大的lot, 标识非别为X和Y。 都是院子在南边房在北边。X后面有个人
工小湖，有喷泉。X离路口是不是有点近？ Y后面有以后要建房。

另外，Z是一个已经见了4-5年的model house，内部很喜欢。可是在corner 上， 方向
偏东西向。Z的好处是年底搬家时（现在在外州）可以直接搬进去/

如果要在X或Ylot 上建房，可能要先搬家到那个州哦， 租房三个月， 再搬进新房。

大家提点建议吧。
