冷气漏freon是不是很难找漏洞？要大修？

冷气修好了，换了capacitor和refill了70% 的freon。

全新的冷气系统只用了五年就坏了，以后是不是每五年都要坏一次？

以前的房子住了十年，冷气也没坏过。
