有没有人上过small claim court的经验?因为房子的问题要和

开发商打官司.因为CASE太小,找的律师建议我们自己去small claim court递申请.已经递了申请.想了解一下有哪些文件需要送到对方手里?有些什么步骤?请有经验的XDJM分享一下.谢谢先.
