my 2 cents.

The ladies who go home b4 9 would love to get married with the gentleman who loves the woman getting back home b4 9. On the other hand, if the woman does not come back home b4 9, she would not want to marry with a man who loves the woman getting back home b4 9. 

The man who loves the woman getting back home b4 9 can feel free to find those women. And vise versa.
