I think you should face him and tell him what you thought and felt/feel about what he did to you. This is sexual assault of child. a felony. I am working for state patrol responsible for sex offenders. I know these kind of people normally could not be cured and he would have more victims not just you. Hope you can get him some help such as counseling. I always thought that we Chinese are better in the sense not to violate our own offsprings. Guess your father is an exception. Don't feel bad that you don't want to see him. He does not deserve love since he ruined yours.
