昨天下午喉咙干疼。。。

都三个礼拜了，昨天最难受。。。量体温，家里两个温度计测，数字一样，才放心。。。煮了一锅罗汉果汤，喝了一大杯才睡。。。今天醒来，一切都过去了。。。不知道傍晚会不会再来。

最近少吃多锻炼，体重节节下降。BMI终于22了。好久没喝了，家里那么多酒，好馋。。。
