medical insurance after retirement.

Again, how many Americans would be lucky enough to have this after they retire?

I work for the goverment, only those people who were hired 15 years ago have this benefit. When i retired, i have no medical coverage at all except Medicare, which everybody has and you agree that it is not that good.
