恳请建议！
我02年出的国，国内的单位是国家行政机关，这么些年来一直是请假，但今年请不下去了，上级主管单位不允许，说还不回单位，就按除名算，我很着急也很沮丧，想KEEP住那个编制，可又不知道怎么操作。各位过来人或者知道一二的人能否给我一个行得通的建议？非常感谢！
