朋友们,祝贺俺老地主吧. 七个月卖了四十栋房子.

28 个过户.12个生效和约.俺自己都没想到.

重要的是,几乎所有的客人都对俺老地主的服务十分满意.变成了好朋友.

只有一个例外.是俺帮一个客户管理出租房.房子出了问题,当时没顾上解决.客人很不高兴.

其余的是,客人介绍客人,一个人买两三栋,又介绍客人买两三栋.

年初买的房子,到如今价格起码增加20%以上,有的50%.当初的讨论,现在算是有了结果.
