2) Go to CVS pharmacy or any other stores which prints digital pictures,use their machine to print it yourself (make sure choose IDs from the menu), it only cost $0.19 for a whole sheet (at least 6 ID photos/sheet).

You can also edit the picture layout on the machine.

I did this both for the US passport photos and for Chinese embassy visa application photos.
