上海生煎馒头.....（薄皮大馅多汁脆底）...

上海生煎馒头是传统上海点心，分几派，烫面的，发面的，调高汤汁水的，打肉皮冻的...

图二是捏的很丑的那个.. 一边蒸了，好看的都排排坐....

上次做了大壶春那种不打肉皮冻的，今天做打肉皮冻的，也是发面...

肉皮冻效果很好，有爆浆...底非常酥脆，馅咸鲜带甜很大个，皮很薄，一把黑芝麻一把白芝麻

一把葱花.... 配上醋....
