especially those units with views! View units are very limited.

72k is such a steal. Bank priced so low and we made the offer same day when it was put on market. So, there is NO WAY to get 72k any more. Same unit in other building was bidded over 100k later on.

But still, comparing previous owner paied over half million, those condos are great bargain.
