Yes, our condos (my wife bought early this year) assessed value had come down a lot.


We bought for $45,000 and $42,000 for those two condos (they were $139,000 in 2006 and 2005), last year the tax was $2,200 (assessed value at $106,000). We checked the website last night, the assessed value is now $59,000. So this year we will be paying much less tax.
