Just sent a message to my family doctor.
Good morning, Dr. XXX, MD.
Back on October 02 and 05, I had a kidney stone surgery and a colon cancer surgery, two surgeries in one week. It was bad. I had not shown any symptoms for these diseases. If I had not have the colon surgery, the kidney stone might never be found out until it was too late. The kidney stone was found out accidently while I was in the process for the colon cancer surgery. Please refer to my medical records.
As you may know, I am very healthy, very athletic, very strong, and very tough, so that I can stand some pains. However, it may be too late, once I cannot tolerate the pains. The kidney stone and colon cancer are good examples. I might not need surgeries if these diseases were noticed earlier. I am so blessed that Kaiser medical professionals, including you to take care of me. Therefore, I am still alive. Otherwise, I might write this message in the graveyard.
This is the critical lessen that I have learned. I need to do routine physical check and take professional medical advices seriously. I would like to have medical exams or checks on my stomach, heart, liver, or any other organs now, so that those bad diseases, like the kidney stone and colon cancer, will never happen again.
Please advise.
Thanks.
