A,townhouse,$193,900,2br/1.5ba.1240sf,basement(unfinished),no grage.new construction.Hoa fee:75/mo.

B,SFH,$300,000,4br/2.5ba,1960sf,basement(unfinished)2 car grage.new construction.Hoa fee:/27/mo.

my situation is: income$71k, saving$75k.which one we should buy? only 3 people.
