1: Living room: again the color of the floor and the wall is of too much a sharp contrast and you need to do something to harmonize them. suggestion would be : paste a ribbon of a heavey color wall paper at the height of the top of your sofa or somewhere around there. this way, the whole color of the room would look in balance.
2: kitchen and the fireplace: if you count the colors in these two places, there are definitely too many. when you have too many colors and you are not a pro, it would make the room look a little bit too busy.
3: No offense, you are making a house but not quite a home. A cozy home needs to be more personalized,practical and pretty.
