今晚做的煎鱼片

以前都是做烤鱼，这个比烤鱼还简单省事。用肉质细嫩一点的鱼片，两面沾上炸粉，其它的什么调料都不需要。我用的是crab cake mix, 比炸鱼粉更香更好吃。放油锅里每面煎两到三分钟就好了，又香又嫩。

吃完饭，乘着天没黑，在小区里转转消食。水边有三五成群消磨时光的高中生，天空中的余晖也很漂亮。
