夏天生活，比较舒适的温度是75度左右，不能为了省钱而为难自己。冬天可以低一点，但是也不能以身体健康为代价。

温度和环保，没有必然的联系。现在的房子保温性能好，省能源。如果再请专门人员来检查，做好绝缘，能源消耗不会因为温度的设置差别太大。
