Different state/twp or complex has different role. You cannot say just because you(or your so called "most people") leave at 7:30AM, then 7:30AM becomes reasonable.

The point is not about the time, it is about the reaction from that LAO MO. ---of course, if you assume that lady (LZ) was not telling the truth, then,it is another story.
