德州很多人现在买房都想要个有家庭电影院的, 不是吗？

We thought build 家庭电影院 would increase value of the house.
I should also mention though:
This room is on second floor. We need to use 2 closets in that room and there is a 通风管道 in between, so the 老美职业 is planning to use a 建房专家 to make sure all current balance will be reallocated properly. While 老墨 thinks that's not a big deal. Just push the pipe against the back wall will make the extra room for 电影院.

My hu*****and really concerned about the house structure. Hope change of closets will not make the house fall. So we are not sure if we should go with 老墨.

He is a NON DIY person.
I do think 20000 is more than I expected.
