Newer Houses are Better

Building codes became more restrict over the years, that can only mean houses got better.

For examples, older houses may have lead pipes that are health hazards, older houses' insulations are worse.

Most important of all, the lifespan of a house without a major comprehensive renovation is only about 80 years.
