扫地老头的问题是

俺有2辆车。今天将一辆车卖了，卖给了修车行老板的一位朋友。俺建议去DVM过户，修车行老板说有表格，让扫地老头签字。然后再在title上签字。俺准备写日期时，人家阻止了，不让date。这是为啥？有啥后果吗？
