没事查了一下，钢铁的熔点在1500摄氏度左右，气割枪的火焰温度

最低2000度，炉灶火焰温度要有2000度的话，稍不留神，锅底是不是就穿个大洞啊？铜的熔点倒是有1900多度，炒菜用铜锅，好像没见过。
