根据这里的报道， 美国现在连正式的引渡请求都还没给加拿大

Judge: The United States of America has a period of sixty days... to make a formal extradition request. So theoretically that may or may not happen ... If an extradition request is not made within that period, a person is released. #Huawei #MengWanzhou

 

Judge in #MengWanzhou case indicates that at this point, there hasn't been a formal request from US government for Meng's extradition. #Huawei
