My experience with 立信

I have mixed feeling toward 立信. Last year, I decide to buy a ticket from them, and paid through direct bank transfer. After that I got a call saying the agent made a mistake and the price they quoted me should be higher. I was not happy and asked for refund. After a week, I got the refund check.
